Our Events Team

We have experienced events, hospitality and technical teams with years of expertise in planning a wide range of events. As soon as we get your enquiry, we will help you plan the best use of our space and resources, and work alongside you during your event to maximise its success.

Our Technical Team

We provide a comprehensive package of state-of-the-art lighting, projection and audio technology, and can supply a wide range of staging and technical support. Our friendly and talented in-house technicians are happy to work directly with your event team or support your preferred production partner.

Other Services

Free Wi-Fi suitable for browsing and email runs throughout the theatre and 1891. Temporary power supplies can be arranged for technical equipment such as sound, lighting and display equipment on request.

Accessibility

Rhyl Pavilion Theatre is a fully accessible venue, with lift access to all floors, and accessible toilets on all levels, and a larger changing places toilet providing more specialist equipment that meets the needs of individuals with complex needs.

Public Transport

Rhyl train station is only a 15 minute walk away. There is a Pay & Display car park adjacent to the theatre with designated disabled parking bays. We also have limited disabled parking bays just outside the theatre. Charges apply from 8am – 11pm.
